The Family Care Center has been experiencing difficulties with our phone system, that may create delays in your ability to reach us. Please utilize your patient portal to schedule an appointment, request a medication refill or send a message to your doctor. You may also email us at uhhealthfcc@uh.edu or use our online form. We are working diligently to improve your ability to contact us by phone.
Announcement 2: Inclement Weather Closure - Monday, July 8
The Family Care Center will be closed on Monday, July 8 due to Hurricane Beryl. We will reschedule all appointments when we return. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 or go to your local emergency room. For non-emergency health concerns/questions, please call 713-743-9682 to reach a provider after hours. Please be safe!
